Desde hace un tiempo tenía ganas de comprarme un departamento en Ñuñoa, toda la vida he vivido en esa comuna y si bien tengo un par de departamentos a mi haber, todos son pequeños, de inversión. En el departamento donde vivo pago arriendo y ya era hora de comprarme algo amplio y lindo para vivir.
Para llevar a cabo mi proyecto lo primero que hice fue vender un departamento de inversión que tenía en Plaza de Armas, lo vendí en $60.000.000. La idea era dar ese dinero de pie.
Una vez que vendí el departamento comencé a buscar algo a mi gusto, nada bajaba de las UF 10.000 ($310.000.000) y eso estaba fuera de mi presupuesto.
Como ya tenía el dinero líquido y no lo quería perder pensé que era una buena idea invertir en Estados Unidos, en Detroit, por qué ahí? Es una ciudad que está en crisis después de llegar a Estados Unidos los autos chinos, siempre tuve ganas de comprarme algo en ese país y con mi dinero la única posibilidad en efectivo era esa ciudad sino la segunda opción era volver a comprarme un departamento de un dormitorio en el Centro de Santiago y obviamente no quería volver algo había vendido.
Carol Martínez era mi corredora de popiedades en Chile hace 5 años atras y decidi volver a contactarla a ver si me podia ofrecer algo coneviente dentro de mis posibilidades, aca me entere qie hoy vive en Estados Unidos y fue ella quién me dijo que existía un convenio entre Chile y Estados Unidos donde los bancos prestan a los chilenos un 70% de créditos para obtener hipotecarios allá y que ella hoy estaba a cargo de un proyecto que consiste asesorar persobas en Chile para que compren alla con financiemiento bancario. Yo lo encontré de película, tenía mis dudas que fuera a resultar pero confiaba plenamente en Carol y tenía la certeza que si no resultaba no iba a perder dinero ya que el pie se pagaba al minuto de firmar la escritura, es decir una vez aprobado todo.
A través de ella se contacto conmigo una ejecutiva del City National Bank of Florida, me abrió una cuenta corriente allá, Carol en forma paralela comenzó a enviarme las propiedades que estaban disponibles, hasta que llegue a la que hoy es mi casa allá.
Me costó UDS150 000, mande a mi cuenta corriente de Estados Unidos a través de un código Swift el dinero que tenía guardado a a modo de pie, firme la escritura a través de una videollamada con una notaría de allá, hoy de dividendo pago USD 650 aproximadamente, pago de gasto común en la propiedad alrededor de USD 250 (Allá el gasto común lo paga el dueño no el arrendatario como eb Chile) y la propiedad la tengo arrendada en USD1400, absolutamente todo lo hice a distancia. Y respecto al arriendo Carol se hizo cargo de él y ella administra mensualmente mi propiedad.
